ABSTRACT

The Vietnam stock market, established in an attempt to restructure Vietnams economic well-being, is still an emerge market.



As such, its configuration and operation are somehow disparate to those of the long-established financial institutions over the world. This paper, based on secondary research, discusses the bedrock of Vietnam stock market in terms of its organization and mental process state. It provides a closer look into its major exchanges, regulators, and the specific learning about the fundamental elements of its operation concerning establish types, process and methods of trading. In the final analysis, it sheds light on the future prospects of the Vietnam stock market, which is undefended to new possibilities given the current global circumstances in general and the transition of the domestic economy in particular.
