Compensation is considered one of the areas in Human Resources that will be changing quickly, as companies are constantly looking for a variety of different shipway by which they can reward their employees for their surgery. In this paper I will be explaining the types of compensation that will be utilize for these new sales employees who are coming into InterClean. Compensation object for New Sales Team The compensation software package that I am going to recommend will be attract as well as enticing to the current aggroup members, but for all the future incoming squad members. The compensation package being recommended will also have to be low-cost to the follow.
The compensation package will consist of the following: * A competitive base salary, which will be based on InterCleans competitors * A quarterly bonus program based on the team member beating their sales goals for that quarter, and their quarterly performance review. * An attractive benefits package, which would consist of company remunerative medical, dental, vision, a company matching 401K, paid vacation (one-week for every five years), and paid sick days (one-week max per year), which will all go into effect after their 90-day probation period. * There will also be a tuition reimbursement package that will be offered to the team members to entice them to continue their education, also offered after their 90-day probation period. * Continued didactics all the time they are with the company using the already established training program. * We will be offering the team members gym...
