People learn through sight others behaviour, attitudes, and outcomes of those behaviours. Most human behaviour is learned observationally through role model: from observing others, one forms an idea of how new behaviours are performed, and on later occasions this coded information serves as a thread for action. The theory recognises that we can learn by observing others: we do non have to be directly reinforced or punished to learn new behaviour. He called this type of learning observational learning: a type of learning that involves observance someone else perform behaviour. This new behaviour can be learn but does not have to be reproduced unless the soulfulness is motivated to actually perform the behaviour. The person being discovered is called a model, and imitating the behaviour of a model is called modelling.
In his celebrated Bobo doll studies, Bandura demonstrated that children learn and imitate behaviours they have observe in other mint.
