Personal Power

What is Personal Power in leadership?  The spunk of leadership is in the beauty of this unseen force of exercise we begin over others.  

Of the many contradictions that exist on orbiter Earth perhaps the difference between love and scorn is the most obvious.  It is one that helps me value true love fleck understanding the outcome of hatred and revenge.  The issue Ive understood close to revenge is that there is no revenge as right on as forgiveness!  The downside of taking revenge is to sacrifice my self (being consumed in anger and revenge nonstop) which is simply not worth my achieverion or efforts.  For me, the concept of revenge is like biting a dog because it bit me.

What Ive figured out is the biggest revenge is success. So I am working hard to come after beyond my competitors wildest imagination.  Period.  Trust me nothing irritates a competitor more than personal success experienced by an opponent.  I stir confidence in myself and believe in myself.  Thats the key thing that has helped me in being successful in achieving my goals so far.  During embarrassing times, I put more faith in myself to draw off things through no matter how tough things before me may seem like.  A good way in which I build my confidence is by setting realistic goals leading of time.



 The achievement of a realistic goal seems to add self confidence in me that is equivalent to adding money to my bank account.

I also use my failures to teach me valuable lessons on how to bounce back challenges.  Whenever I am able to conquer what I have not accomplished before, doing so gives me power an oomph of service over my past trials and errors.  Im learning to take criticism in stride to use it to better myself.  All these leadership classes (and procreation at school) is making me a better candidate to be successful in completing my life long goals.  And I have greatly improved my self-confidence in the process.
