Quality Health Care in the United States
The issue of quality wellness wish in the US has created a lot of attention and controversy recently. bracing legislation has created many monitoring tools to increase accountability and transparentness among providers. The collection of selective information is issue to be used to emend the quality of the health finagle in the future. With all the immature public agencies and programs enacted by congress and Obama, health treat is going to improve quality and efficiency in the US. The state of health care in the US is riddled with issues that cause cost to soar and efficiency is not prominent. Many public programs and agencies in the government sector, non-profit, and proprietary sector have collected information and have been observing and monitoring progress. Feedback is being released to the health care facilities that are monitored, and utilized to increase quality of care.
Quality of care is affected by cost, efficiency, communication, staff shortages, re-admissions of patients, regulations from the government and credentialing agencies, insurance companies, and provider accountability. The future of health care will be discontinue and more comprehensive if the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act is completely implemented and these new measures to report data and increase health care quality are do a difference in the system one-step at a time; I do believe it is in effect improving overall health care for the better.
