One of the some plausible ethical theories discussed so far this semester by our school of thought 302 class was that of Aquinas in his attempts to either refute or accept Augustines rendering of integrity. Virtue according to dictionary.com is example virtue, cheeseparingness, and righteousness. How exactly does unmatched go about attaining moral excellence which is good and righteous? Through a further flavor at Aquinas Disputed Questions on the Virtues in general, a critique on Augustines definition of virtue, it becomes clearer as to how one should go about attaining the true essence of virtue.
