ACHIEVING MY GOALS
Sometimes a task can seem monolithic when you try to visualize the entire thing but if you fag it down into smaller goals suddenly it can become manageable. When I prototypal started to consider going to college so that I could happen upon life better for myself and my son, I thought it was going to be almost impossible.On the surface I think I am like most young and modern African American woman. I take school seriously, I have dreams and goals for the future(a) that I am determined to make happen and I do not expect anyone to do the hard exploit for me. I come from what is an increasingly normal background. I unflustered live with my p atomic number 18nts, my brother, my sister and my son. I feel very golden to have a supportive family behind me. I am employed by the Government of Antigua and Barbuda attached to the Treasury Department.There are a few goals that I set out to accomplish. The first goal was to successfully finish one semester at the Antigua evoke College just to see if I could manage it and much to my channel I not only complete the semester, I completed three (3) years of studies as a part-time assimilator thus earning my Associate Degree in telephone circuit judiciary with a GPA average of 2.71 and earning 81 credits.



I matte a tremendous amount of joy and pride in this accomplishment and it certainly wasnt easy, but it helped to give me the confidence I needed to set longer term goals.I am forthwith eager to take my education to the next level by pursuing a Bachelors Degree in commerce management at the Monroe College.
