When I was almost twelve my set out informed me that I would be attending summer campinging area. This was non just any camp but a camp that was five hours away and top of the line. I guess my gravel thought I would be excited but guess me I was not. I thought my mother knew me better than this. I mean did she really think she could make this decision without me. For the bordering two weeks I was absolutely miserably defiant. I had already get a linek pleading and explaining that I did not want to go, that I didnt belong at an away summer camp. The solar day to leave for camp arrived. It was obvious at that point that my pleas had locomote upon deaf ears. I boarded what I like to call the road to hell bus and set off for our five hour drive. When we arrived at camp I quickly looked for the nearest exits. I figured that if my mother could send me to camp then that gave me the adept to send myself away from camp. The counselors had us all sit in a circle there were some overlooks they needed to go over. The rule I can remember most is the rule about always checking your bunk buddy for ticks. I tried to see if I had actually heard correct, ticks! You mean bugs that turn over their heads inside of your body and suck your blood! You have got be kidding me.
Before my departure my mother had given me a rag about behaving oneself and being polite and manner able. I had aware her that even though I did not want to go that I would not behave like a monkey. When I agreed to behave I did not know that I was going to be put into an environment with ticks. For a camp that cost $2,700 dollars you would think that I wouldnt even see a mosquito. After I was assigned a confine and a counselor I found out what our order of business was for that week. It goes as follows: 06:00 a.m we have swim lessons in the freezing lake. This is followed by breakfast. After breakfast we have archery in the woods alter with the ticks in question.
