In whatsoever modern society, authoritative issues will attract the attention of the masses. Issues that pose headways that as besides have not been answered by the laws of man. As is the case in the join commonwealths of America diversity issues are magnified when umpteen tillages are unites as superstar nation. The United States of America is by chance the one place in the world where blacks and whites, Jews and Muslim not only live side by side, but flourish as one nation. The challenge becomes accepting the aspects of other culture while maintaining the identity and laws of the United States. In March 2009 State Rep. Steve Gottwalt of Minnesota introduced legislation that would ban all headgear for drivers’ licenses paintings (Lauritsen, 2009). This quantity was in chemical reaction to two Muslim women who had a intrust to keep their scarves on for a drivers’ licenses photo.
If this bill had been conceived in response to middle class boys wearing baseball caps, there would no news report or threats of lawsuits.
