Assessment Strategies
Assessment is the puzzle out of observing and measuring culture, provides faculty with a fail understanding of what students are breeding and in any case engages the students in the process of learning. The Flex-Net® course at Northeastern University entrust begin on Tuesday, June 21, 2011. All students will participate in distinguish on Tuesday evening for orientation to the program and to meet the facilitator and other socio-economic classmates. Upon shutdown of the course, the class participants will identify patient confidentiality issues, such as HIPAA and the various types of work-related harassment issues and the consequences of such actions. On Monday, July 25, 2011, students in the class will return and present his or her final class project. During the interim weeks, student will participate in learning team assignments and individual participation online. Students are expected to amount the syllabus and comply with assignment dates for submissions.
Classrooms are increasingly respective(a) not only in terms of ethnicity and gender, but also by age, nationality, cultural background, and more. This diversity can affect learning (Clark, 2008, p. 58). The class comprises five students with diverse backgrounds (ethnic and cultural), various learning styles and health care experience. The class is being offered as part of a hospital consortium training and orientation course. We will enroll the students shortly. A comparison and contrast of the various assessment methods will be discussed. Alternative assessment methods will also be described for this specific group of students.
